    It is mandatory for all travellers to Jamaica to complete the Online Passenger Declaration Form (C5) prior to their arrival in Jamaica. This allows airline passengers to submit their Immigration and Customs Declaration information prior to their arrival in Jamaica and ensures a seamless experience upon arrival.

    Declaration Form

    • The resort is a 5-minute drive from Montego Bay's Sangster International Airport (MBJ), which offers daily flights from most gateway cities in North America as well as the UK and Europe. The resort is located 2½ hours away from Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport (KIN).
    • After clearing customs at the Sangster International Airport, proceed to desk #18 in the arrival hall, where our airport concierge will meet and escort you to your transportation to the resort.
    • We are happy to make arrangements for your private transfer to S Hotel. It is recommended that transfers are pre-booked.

    Immigration Advisory

    Due to the increase in flights at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, you may experience long lines in the immigration hall during peak arrival times. The current immigration hall is being expanded and will open at the end of 2025. Should you wish to have an expedited arrival, you may consider booking Club Mobay VIP arrival service or the Black Car Service.
